Please note: These candles are made in glass jars. Please do not leave them unattended. Additionally, Do not burn the wick all the way down. If the candle has less than 1/2 inch of wax in the jar, the candle should not be burned, you run the risk of the glass getting too hot and cracking.

Candle Care
Please make sure to trim the wick to 1/4" before lighting. Keep candle free of any foreign materials including matches and wick trimmings. Only burn the candle on a level, fire resistant surface, never on the lid. Remember that the candles are in glass jars and can get very hot. We don’t recommend burning for more than 3-4 hours at a time to protect the jar and surface below. Stop use when there is only 1/2 inch of wax left.

General
All of our candles are hand-poured in small batches. Our candles use soy wax and phthalate-free fragrances, cotton wicks (and some wooden ones) and come in a glass container or a tin depending on the collection.
Yes, each one of our fragrance is a custom blend that uses familiar scent notes.
Some fragrance oils take a bit longer to burn. Cut the wick a bit and let it burn a while longer. Also, if you are in a large room and the candle is small (8.5 oz), that may not be the candle size for the room. If you are still having issues, please email us at hello@wickandglow.com
