Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your order or it arrives damaged, we want to help:
Damaged items:
If an order arrives damaged, please take a photo of the order and send it to us at hello@wickandglow.com . We will respond and get a new order headed your way within 24-48 hours.
Defective Items
Take a photo of the candle and send it to hello@wickandglow.com. A representative will contact you to remedy the issue. Please note that a candle that has been burned improperly is not considered defective. Defect is not lighting properly, broken or tunneling candles.
Returns:
For an item to be eligible for return, it must be:
- Purchased in the last 15 days
- Product is unused
- Product is not damaged
You must submit an image as proof that the product is unused to hello@wickandglow.com
