ORDERING

Order Minimum: 24 CANDLES

Content per Case: 12 CANDLES + MAX 3 SCENTS + 1 SIZE

Orders that do not meet this criteria will not be processed. Our candles are made to order, and produced once deposit has been received (50% of the order price), which means there’s no refunding if the order is being canceled after the deposit.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Processing time before your order ships is 10-15 business days. Please inquire about orders of more than 300 candles as we may need more time to produce larger quantities. Rush orders can be provided for an additional fee that is 25% of the total order price.

SHIPPING

When the package is picked up by our carrier you will receive the tracking number, from that point the delivery status is no longer within our control. You will see a tracking update once the carrier scans it at the first transit location.

We ship domestic and international orders via US Postal Service (USPS)  and UPS by default. We ship large corporate orders via Freight carriers. On our side there's no profit made on shipping, it costs exactly what USPS or UPS charges for shipping.

For Northern New Jersey or New York City customers we can provide our own delivery at an additional cost.

Wick and Glow Candle Company is not responsible for lost/stolen packages once delivered, or if the shipment is refused by the addressee, please take adequate precautions to make sure your order is delivered to you safely.

RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

All replacements must be requested and approved. We do not accept returns. We will replace products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to thewickandglowcandleco@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery. After a review of your request, a replacement will be completed or a credit will be applied to a future purchase. Replacement or credit towards future purchase will be based on the value of the merchandise at the time of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all replacement items.
