Candle Care
Please make sure to trim the wick to 1/4" before lighting. Keep candle free of any foreign materials including matches and wick trimmings. Only burn the candle on a level, fire resistant surface, never on the lid. Remember that the candles are in glass jars and can get very hot. We don’t recommend burning for more than 3-4 hours at a time to protect the jar and surface below. Stop use when there is only 1/2 inch of wax left.

General
All of our candles are hand-poured in small batches. Our candles use soy wax and phthalate-free fragrances, cotton wicks (and some wooden ones) and come in a glass container or a tin depending on the collection.
Yes, each one of our fragrance is a custom blend that uses familiar scent notes.
Some fragrance oils take a bit longer to burn. Cut the wick a bit and let it burn a while longer. Also, if you are in a large room and the candle is small (8.5 oz), that may not be the candle size for the room. If you are still having issues, please email us at hello@wickandglow.com
